NYC BB creme love

Today I have some products from NYC~ New York Color. They released 3 products, a BB cream, and BB Bronzer and a BB powder.
I tried these for awhile to get a good feel for them.
The BB Creme was nice. It's a very sheer coverage. It seemed to stay for a good amount of time.
Paired with the BB Powder it stayed more matte then on its own.
The powder I received was a little darker on me so I used it sparingly.
I think the BB Powder alone was good as well. It's not as finely milled as what I am used to. But I think it will work! :)
I had a tricky time with BB Bronzer. Not that it isn't a good product, I just have a harder time with creme bronzer than any normal person. The color was good tho with this bronzer.
These all retail around $4 wherever NYC products are sold.

These are pretty good for their price point. If your on a budget I think you will find they'll work pretty well!
Let me know your thoughts.

Rimmel Keep Calm Balm

Today I have 4 of the 5 Rimmel Keep Calm balms to show you.
These retail for around $2.50 at Walmart. The consistency and formula on these are really nice. The color pay off is pretty sheer, but these are balms so that would be why lol! The smell is like an imitation watermelon smell. It disapates after awhile. I wasn't a big fan on the smell but I can get past that with the feeling of moisturization they give!

Rimmel Oh My Gloss

Hi lovelies! Today I have a few of the Rimmel Oh My Gloss lipglosses.
I really had a blast with these. The lipgloss states it has up to a 6hr. staying power and I have to say that's pretty gosh darn true. I was very pleased with these and can't wait to get some more. The color selection is great. The glosses have a bit of a light perfume smell, but disappears very quick. These weren't terribly sticky. They do have some stick to them but that comes with any long wearing lipgloss. These retail for around $5.50 at Target!

Stay My Rose, All Night Long & Go Gloss or Go Home

So tell me what you think! I really like these and can't wait to get my hands on more!

.....a little Rimmel

I have a handful of Rimmel products to share with you today. From foundation to eyeshadow sticks.
I tried out the Rimmel Lasting Finish 25hr. foundation and paired it up with the Stay Matte pressed powder for a nice all day matte look.
I really was impressed with the foundation. I know lots of people were raving about it and now I understand why. I surely didn't test it for 25hrs straight (there's no way I could stay awake that long if I tried) but I did get about 16hrs in and I will say that it held up amazingly. It has a great semi-matte finish by itself. I didn't see any breaking down. Didn't feel cakey but had awesome coverage. I did blot just once but I think I did it because it's routine and don't think I needed to. Lol. The foundation retails for around $7 wherever you find Rimmel products.
The powder is a matte finish and does exactly what it says. It keeps you with a soft matte finish. The pressed powder retails for around $4.
Together these two are an amazing combination.

I have 3 of the 4 Kate eyeshadow sticks!

c.Booth Brazil Nut Rum lotion

Hello beauties! I have a fun, quick little post for you today. I received a coupon voucher to choose a free product complimentary by Influenster for a c.Booth product of my choice.
After much debate and a pretty good amount of time in Ulta smelling everything I could possibly get my hands on, I chose the 4-in-1 Brazil Nut Rum lotion!
I have to say this is the most amazing smelling lotion in the world! Hands down the absolute best smell I have ever smelt! I would love to have an entire line of body wash, shampoo, conditioner, candles, body spray, air fresheners..... Well you get the point!
The lotion itself is very lightweight and absorbs into my skin pretty fast. I felt very moisturized and my skin felt smooth afterward! I would definitely repurchase this lotion in a heartbeat! Trust me I will as soon as this bottle runs out! It's a great buy.
I got mine from Ulta and I hear Rite Aid sells c.Booth as well. It was $9.99 from Ulta. Next time your there don't hesitate to pick up a bottle or two!

Zoya MatteVelvet

Today I have Zoya Matte Velvet collection for winter 2015.
This collection is such a fun, colorful collection. It's just a breath of fresh air, and really makes me get in the holiday mood.
I wanted to post this before Halloween because of how great these colors are, but then I decided not to. I wanted to save all of their glory and show them after so they didn't get passed up for not being "fall" colors!
The formula on these are a great matte velvet that requires NO topcoat.
The coverage was really good. I have 2 coats of each polish on, in the photos below.
I did add a topcoat to my pointer and pinky nail so you could see how amazing they look shiny as well!
Hope you enjoy!

I have to say surprisingly my favorite out of this collection is Sue!! It is one of the most interesting colors I have in my collection. I can't stop wearing it! It's amazing!
Seriously tho, I love them. I think they are a NEEDED collection for winter and the upcoming holidays.
Let me know which ones you picked up, and how you feel about them!

Black and Orange Halloween

Today I have a handful of fun little things from Sally Hansen, Rimmel and NYC.  Get ready for lots of black and orange. I have polish and even some mascara that I tried out.

Starting off with the polish, I have 2 from Sally Hansen's Miracle Gel line. These retail for around $7 depending on your area. They are sold wherever you find Sally Hansen products. The great thing about these polishes are the intense high shine. I love these when I am on the go and need a very clean looking manicure. I have 2 coats of polish on in the photos below. The application was stellar and the cover is amazing!

Electra-Cute, Miracle Gel topcoat & Blacky O

Electra-Cute
A fun pumpkin orange cream polish
I had fun wearing my nails like this for pre-Halloween!

Electra-Cute

I also have a great black polish from the brand NYC. These retail for  around $2. I find most of my NYC at Walmart. I have 2 coats of this polish on in the photo below.
Great application and the coverage was good.

Black Lace
A black cream polish

I also tried some mascara, from Rimmel and a eyeshadow crayon from NYC.
These were lots of fun to play with.

Rimmel Lift Me Up mascara

Rimmel Lift Me Up mascara

This is 2 coats of Rimmel Lift Me Up mascara in intense black.
I really really really like this mascara. The lift was amazing. No clumps, no flaking, no smearing, and no crunchy lashes. I think the volume was good too. I does smell like cucumber. I'm not a huge fan of cucumber but it doesn't stick around at all. AND it's better than what most mascaras smell like. This mascara has a permanent spot in my makeup desk. This retails for around $8.50

NYC  New York At Night
I used this little chubby eyeshadow stick in the outer v, and blended like I have never blended before lol!,  of my eye today. I would say the wear is great. These shadowsticks work great as a base with any powder eyeshadow! Retails for around $3

Well guys let me know what you think and what new stuff you have picked up!!
