NYC New York Color Fashion Queen collection includes some of the most glittery-est polishes I have seen in awhile. There are some gorgeous jewel-toned colors (they all are really) for fall and the application on these blew me away. I thought of NYC being one of the underdogs of mainstream brands. But my mind has changed! They have stepped up their game and produced some off the charts amazing polishes. 6 of these polishes are their 'Crystal Couture' polishes, the other 3 are shimmers and cremes. The Crystal Couture polishes are jelly and metallic polishes with glitter. They all could have been one coat wonders!! I always use at least 2 coats so I did that, just to show how crazy opaque they are. The dry time is seriously a snap. By my second coat the first was pretty much completely dry!!! These all retail for $1.99. I live in a smaller town but find mine at Walmart, and do believe I have seen NYC at K-Mart as well.
